Go Back August Mother

“August Mother” is a world premiere work written by Associate Professor of Drama Eric Domuret about the life one of the Catholic Church's most beloved mothers, St. Monica.  Born in Thegaste North Africa in the 4th century this play takes you on the journey of a mother trying to hold on to her faith in a dysfunctional household and with a wayward son who she only wants to come home.  It is a story every mother will feel.  Celebrate this African Saint during Black History month at the Delux Theatre.
